A second campaign for schools and the local community in order to beat plastic pollution was launched in Deir El Ahmar / Lebanon

WADA

In cooperation with the Women Association of Deir El Ahmar - WADA from September 25 - 28, 2018 a second campaign (see previous article) was launched in order to raise awareness of students from 4 schools of Baalbeck and Deir El Ahmar  for a mutual respect of each other and behavior to protect their common environment through learning how to select and separate garbage and to send it for recycling. In addition housewives from the local community and from the community of the Syrian refugees were approached in the campaign too.
