Conference prelude at Hotel Al Qasr in Amman

From April 21 - 27, 2018 a regional conference took place in Jordan to discuss and exchange about the situations and challenges in the countries of the MENA-region the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung is working in.

How can the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung support the development and the reform processes in the countries? New ways of cooperation? These and other questions were discussed, as it is important to constantly question one's own work and assumptions and strive for sustainable and future-oriented support opportunities.

Conference continuation in Ajloun

On the first day the conference also provided an opportunity for exchange between the Lebanese and Jordanian partners and the colleagues from other offices. 

From the second day, the conference was held at the Royal Academy for Nature Conservation in Ajloun.
