The goal of the second workshop (see previous article), which took place from April 11 - 16, 2018 was to apply adaptation and mitigation tools to combat climate change in protected areas and to understand the vulnerability assessment using a real case study which will lead to update the management plan and mainstream climate change within it. In addition by the end of this module participants were aware of the important role of managers to mainstream climate change within the planning and implementation process and they have acquired the ability to update the management plan of his\ her protected area.

The third and final workshop for this group (Practitioner Group 2) will take place at the end of September 2018 in Morocco.
